Best Spa in El Cajon - Spa 33

East County Business Highlight- El Cajon's Spa 33

I have been hearing rave after rave about Spa 33 and all the great spa services they have to offer for months now, but have never found the time to actually attend one of their events or take advantage of all they have to offer. As a working mother of 3, I struggle with guilt if I do something just for me and I feel I just don't have the time. So after 2 weeks of back pain my husband commanded me to go get a massage for relief. I knew where I was going, El Cajon's SPA 33.
Since it was before business hours I emailed my request in and had an appointment before I made it to the office. I found out you can actually book online on their website, very simple to use. They also help you pick your massage therapist by a pressure scale of 1-10, very helpful.

Located in El Cajon, Spa 33 was easy to find and is literally 10 minutes away from anywhere in East County. I started relaxing as soon as I walked through the door.

Spa 33 specializes in true spa services from a variety or massages to facials, there are no hair or nail services whose chemicals and extraneous noises tend to take away from the true spa experiences. Massages-they have a variety of massages including Hot Stone.
Facials-from Mini-to a Customized Series
Wraps-in house and take home
In fared Sauna-sit and relax while amazing things happen to your body
Oxygen Bar-with a variety of flavors

The staff is warm and welcoming with big smiles and always ready to help. Janelle the owner was my massage therapist, with her warm smile and quiet, soothing voice I slip further into relaxation.

I chose the extremely reasonably priced hour massage which also included a 20 minute infrared sauna session. WOW! Almost an hour and a half of pampering for $59. AMAZING! No need to feel guilty about this indulgence. I notice they have memberships that give you an even more amazing deal. I might be able to swing that too without my feelings of guilt. After all a less stressed mom is better for everyone, right?
