What is Ramona Like?
Ramona, California is a quiet bedroom community of approximately 20,000 people east of Poway and on the way to Julian, in fact the center of town is where Highway 67 and Highway 78. Ramona is off the beaten path and isn't directly connected to any freeways so it takes a little effort to get there, which is just fine with most of the residents of Ramona because it keeps the town small.
