Current Open Positions Include

• Inside Sales Associate: A great way to start your career in real estate. Learning how to be successful at what makes agents the most money. Work closely with the team as you hone your skills. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. Compensation: Salary plus bonus based on activities and results.

• Showing Assistant: This position is for a licensed real estate agent and a great opportunity for someone just getting in the business or coming back to real estate. Many weekend and evening times making it great for someone who isn't quite ready to leave their full time job or someone finishing up school. Compensation is Commission. Duties Include
• introducing yourself at buyers consultation
• finding properties that match clients criteria
• scheduling showings with clients and desired houses
• learning by producing Comparable Market Analysis
• Ambitious agents will also spend time with fellow agents prospecting for more business which will result in higher income.

• Content Writer/San Diego Photography: Working on your portfolio of work? Use your writing skills to describe great things around San Diego from great eats to fun parks and the best neighborhoods. Pictures & Videos too. Pre-approve your idea with us or take one of our assignments. Payment is per piece $5and up.

• Real Estate Intern: This is a 3 month program you will see what it takes to become a successful real estate agent. From business models to application, from client services to market reports. If after the 3 month program you want to proceed with a career in Real Estate, we will help you with your licensing.

• Marketing Intern: This is a 3 month program where you can lean how to apply what you are learning school to dominate social media and the internet. Video skills is a big bonus. Learn the steps to building brand presence on the internet from the gurus around the nation. After the three month program there may be an opportunity for a paid position.

This a team environment, so even though many of these activities have the option of working in the field or from a home office we will have a weekly meeting to get together review our activities, share our successes and challenges and make a plan for the next week. T
