Missing Alpine

Pines In Orlando not Alpine
Mickey in Pine Cones
I am back, so sorry, to have not posted anything while I was gone. I promise next time not to leave this without a backup plan. I didn't realize that the internet connections in Orlando would have been so challenging.

I stayed in a "cabin" at Disney's Fort Wilderness and made the mistake of asking the front desk if they had WIFI. I was told it was only in certain special areas and suffered through the week with limited internet through my phone. When I was packing up on the last day, I discovered that there was a hard-wire connection for the internet, so I  had suffered in vain. I've learned that next time not to get too specific in my in my questions.

I understand that Alpine was blessed with a dusting of snow while I was in freezing weather of my own in Florida which had it's own record lows.

Market Trends in Alpine
Alpine has seen a reduction in inventory over the last couple of months; in fact, right now there are less than 80 homes for sale in all of Alpine. So far 14 homes have sold in the 91901 zip code this month, which is on line with our average of 20 homes sold per month in Alpine.

8 of the homes on Alpine's market are foreclosures/bank owned.
11 of the homes on Alpine's market are short sales.

There are a lot of interesting homes for sale right now in the neighborhood. From homes with bedrooms for helicopters, converted water towers and dome homes.
